These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of bluejazzine.com and any related community spaces we run, such as our Discord server (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What Blue Jazzine is

Blue Jazzine is an independent price-comparison and information service. We list prices published by third-party vendors. We do not sell, store, ship or handle any products, and we do not process orders or payments. Any purchase you make is between you and the vendor, under that vendor's own terms.

3. Research use only; no medical advice

Products listed on the Service are offered by vendors for laboratory research use only. They are not approved drugs, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics, and they are not for human or veterinary use.

4. Your responsibilities

In our community spaces you agree not to: sell or offer to sell products; give or request dosing or human-use advice; post spam, scams or misleading content; harass others; or break the rules of the platform hosting the community. We may remove content or members at our discretion.

5. Prices and accuracy

Prices, stock status, product details and discount codes are collected automatically from vendor websites and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. "Estimated" prices are calculations, not offers. Always confirm the final price and product details on the vendor's site before you buy.

6. Vendors and third-party sites

Links to vendor sites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their products, quality, testing, shipping, customer service, privacy practices or legal compliance. Listing a vendor is not an endorsement or guarantee of any product.

7. Affiliate relationships

Some links and discount codes on the Service are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not change the prices we show or the order in which offers appear.

The Service's design, text, logo and compilation of data belong to Blue Jazzine. Vendor names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. You may not copy or scrape the Service for commercial use without our permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
